Conservatory roof cleaning in Cambridge & surrounding villages
Tree-lined streets in Cambridge and open farmland around the villages both leave conservatory roofs green and dull. We scrub the roof panels and glazing bars clean, for homes in the city and the surrounding villages.

How we do it
Roofs are cleaned with long, soft-bristled poles and purified water, from the ground or a safe access point. Nobody walks on the roof, so there is no weight on the panels. Glass and polycarbonate roofs are both cleaned, with a gentler approach for polycarbonate so it is not scratched or clouded.
How often depends on the trees nearby: roofs under or beside trees go green faster and need cleaning more often than roofs in the open. Most need it once or twice a year. The side glass and frames of the conservatory are part of your regular window clean, so many customers book the roof alongside it.

Conservatory roof cleaning: common questions
How often should a conservatory roof be cleaned?
Once a year keeps most conservatory roofs clear. It depends on the trees nearby: roofs under or beside trees, or on the shady side of a house, usually need cleaning twice a year, in spring and autumn. If you spend a lot of time in your conservatory, some customers have the roof cleaned every season, so it stays clear all year round.
Can you clean a polycarbonate conservatory roof?
Yes. Polycarbonate is cleaned gently with soft brushes and purified water, with no harsh chemicals or high pressure that could scratch or cloud it.
Do you walk on the conservatory roof?
No. The roof is cleaned from the ground or a safe access point using long, soft-bristled poles, so no weight goes on the panels.
